The nickname “Metro” was affectionately given to Lamonte by a close friend who admired his neat appearance and the metropolitan area he lived in. This name became the foundation of his business identity.

Metro has devoted much of his career to the private sector of law enforcement, safeguarding everyday citizens, politicians, celebrities, and businesses. His extensive training, knowledge, and experience have earned him numerous promotions throughout his career. Additionally, Metro has spent years in special education, teaching and counseling at-risk youth. Metro is dedicated to helping others. Metro' mission is to provide the best service that he can provide for those who truly need it or who call upon him for assistance and reassurance. One of Metro’s reasons for starting an advisement and Investigative service is because he genuinely cares about others, especially those who struggle with mental health, adversity, or true victims of domestic violence. He understands the effects it has on a person’s well-being and empathizes with the wounds and suffering from his own battles. His advisement sessions provide nurturing support and a safe place where people can vent and be heard. It’s also a place for everyday people to seek reassurance.
